Zoltan is one of the best animators I have ever worked with. 
He is open-minded, flexible, enthusiastic, creative and precise animator with great personality.
I am grateful to call him my friend, because he was more than just a colleague: always loyal and reliable. We made a lot of jokes all day and spent great time together.
Was pretty easy to work with him, took direction well and could be left to come up with excellent results. 
He is a great team player and opened for help out anybody.
I recommend Zoltan for a Lead or Senior Animator position (freelance or full-time as well) both in cinematics or game projects in long-term.
I would be the happiest to work with him again.
